Senior Product Manager

ITDS is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join a dynamic team focused on revolutionizing agricultural sales through innovative digital solutions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of farming by developing products that empower sales teams across the EMEA region to achieve greater success through enhanced user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and objectives throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with customer needs and business outcomes.
• Create comprehensive product roadmaps that address user needs, functional capabilities, and technical requirements.
• Lead product discovery and delivery processes by utilizing user feedback, metrics, and Design Thinking methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive Agile delivery and ensure effective stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Product Manager.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working within Agile development and DevOps environments.
• Proven experience with Salesforce and building successful product strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills with a focus on strategic planning.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate business value to diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
