Senior Product Manager

Xebia is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for ML-powered scoring capabilities within the Sponsored Offers domain. You will be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy while driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-impact solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for ML-powered scoring capabilities within the Sponsored Offers domain.
• Define product vision, strategy, and measurable outcomes aligned with business objectives.
• Lead product discovery by identifying customer problems, validating hypotheses, and prioritizing opportunities.
• Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between Product, Data Science, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Optimize the product roadmap by balancing business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager building and scaling digital products.
• Practical experience working on ML-powered products and collaborating with Data Science and Engineering teams.
• Strong ability to identify business problems and focus on value-driven outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating with senior leadership.
• Fluent English communication skills and experience using AI-powered tools to support decision-making.
