Senior Product Manager

neXa is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join a high-energy team focused on shaping data-driven digital products powered by machine learning. You will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, driving discovery, prioritization, and delivery while collaborating with Engineering and Data Science teams to transform strategic objectives into measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from problem discovery and strategy to successful delivery and measurable business outcomes.
• Define product vision, objectives, and roadmaps aligned with business priorities and long-term strategy.
• Drive the development of ML-enabled product capabilities in close collaboration with Engineering and Data Science teams.
• Prioritize product backlogs based on business impact, KPIs, technical feasibility, and user value.
• Monitor product performance and continuously optimize solutions based on data-driven insights and experimentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager delivering digital products and strategic roadmaps.
• Strong experience defining product problems, measurable outcomes, and business success metrics.
• Practical understanding of machine learning-enabled products and collaboration with technical teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including collaboration with senior business leaders.
• Native-level Polish and good command of English (B2+ level or higher).
