Senior Product Manager

KUBO is a global technology company specializing in behavioral intelligence and marketing solutions. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help enterprises understand customer behavior in real time and turn complex data into actionable business insights.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop product strategy aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• Lead product discovery, identify opportunities, and validate new ideas.
• Use AI tools to analyze customer feedback, product data, and market insights.
• Build prototypes using AI tools, Figma, and no-code platforms.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to define problems and deliver solutions.
• Identify opportunities to implement AI-powered and agentic features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS or marketing technology.
• Proven experience in product strategy and managing development from discovery to delivery.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, analysis, and prototyping.
• Strong data-driven and customer-oriented decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under ambiguity.
