Senior Product Manager

Clera is a remote-first fintech startup dedicated to building robust trust and identity infrastructure for businesses. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our product roadmap and lead the evolution of our platform in collaboration with our engineering, design, and commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Structure and evolve the product roadmap by translating high-level strategy into actionable execution plans.
• Break down complex challenges into well-scoped initiatives that the team can deliver with confidence.
• Define clear product goals, success metrics, and strategic trade-offs in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Balance immediate delivery requirements with long-term product architecture and scalability.
• Craft compelling narratives around new features to articulate their value and alignment with customer needs.
• Document decisions and reasoning transparently to ensure team alignment across the organization.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in product management or product leadership roles.
• Proven track record of building or managing complex B2B or platform-based products.
• Strong systems thinking capabilities with an understanding of how features interact within a larger ecosystem.
• Comfortable collaborating with engineering teams on technical trade-offs and architectural decisions.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to document complex reasoning for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work effectively within EU timezones.
