Senior Product Manager

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the vision and strategy for innovative open-source smart home projects. You will work in a global, community-driven environment, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution to shape the future of home automation, voice technology, and connected devices.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, aligning long-term roadmaps with user needs and community feedback.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives while collaborating closely with engineers and UX designers.
• Manage day-to-day product development, coordinating priorities and supporting teams through iterative release cycles.
• Engage with the global open-source community via forums and GitHub to gather insights and guide product decisions.
• Coordinate external dependencies and ensure cohesive user experiences across various smart home projects.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager with a proven track record of delivering user value.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in defining product vision, shaping strategy, and developing roadmaps.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and coordinate multidisciplinary teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to present ideas to diverse audiences.
• Professional fluency in English and current residence in Europe with eligibility to work.
