Senior Product Manager

Versapay is a leader in accounts receivable automation, helping finance teams streamline B2B payments and improve cash flow. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a critical product area, driving our platform toward an AI-first, highly automated, and scalable future.

Key responsibilities

• Own measurable business outcomes such as adoption, revenue, and retention, adjusting strategy based on performance data.
• Act as the single accountable owner for your product area, making decisions based on customer insights and strategic goals.
• Operate with an AI-first mindset, leveraging advanced technologies across discovery, prototyping, and product capabilities.
• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from initial discovery through commercialization and post-launch performance.
• Design and execute structured experiments to validate opportunities before scaling solutions to our global customer base.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, ideally within B2B, fintech, or the payments industry.
• Proven track record of owning and delivering measurable product outcomes in complex environments.
• Experience building and scaling complex platforms, APIs, or AI/ML-driven product features.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead through ambiguity.
