Senior Product Manager

Seven Starling is a rapidly scaling, mission-driven startup revolutionizing women's behavioral health through a clinically-validated virtual care platform. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team and help design and scale the systems that power our precision mental health care model.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product development process, from user research and scoping to execution, QA, and post-launch iteration.
• Conduct deep user research with patients, clinicians, and internal stakeholders to identify pain points and define clear, actionable product requirements.
• Lead product launches by partnering with engineering, operations, and clinical teams to ensure seamless rollout and adoption.
• Manage the tools that power our patient journey, including EHR templates, communication platforms, and automated care coordination workflows.
• Define and monitor success metrics for core services and contribute to roadmap planning and strategic prioritization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years owning core product areas end-to-end.
• Proven track record of scaling tech-enabled services in a fast-paced startup environment, preferably in digital health.
• Strong proficiency in using AI tools to accelerate research, documentation, and prototyping.
• Ability to configure complex logic within third-party operational tools and marketing automation platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for women's health and mental healthcare.
