Senior Product Manager

Remote is a global organization dedicated to simplifying international employment, payroll, and compliance for businesses of all sizes. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team and help build the infrastructure layer that powers global HR operations, working asynchronously from anywhere in the world.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the roadmap for benefits infrastructure, focusing on integrations with carriers, third-party administrators, and customer HR systems.
• Lead complex, cross-functional integration delivery, including migrating benefit costs to unified payroll systems and building provider-agnostic cost ingestion.
• Own the vision for consistent benefits behavior across Employer of Record, global payroll, and PEO products.
• Manage the full lifecycle of benefits partners, from sourcing and technical integration to performance monitoring.
• Act as the escalation point for benefit-cost data incidents, driving root-cause analysis and implementing durable, systemic fixes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a product manager owning complex third-party integrations, including API and file/EDI-based systems.
• Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code, with the ability to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional code or prototypes.
• A provider-agnostic mindset, anticipating future customer needs rather than forcing them onto fixed partner sets.
• Excellent asynchronous written communication skills to drive alignment across engineering, operations, and finance teams.
• Strong technical fluency to reason about data-mapping, reconciliation logic, and system architecture.
