Senior Product Manager

StackBlitz is the team behind WebContainers and Bolt.new, a next-gen, AI-powered app builder that allows users to create, edit, and deploy full-stack web and mobile applications directly in the browser. We are a globally distributed, fully remote team dedicated to building the future of software development and pushing the boundaries of what is possible for developers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define product strategy for ambiguous, high-impact areas by making prioritization calls based on customer insight, product quality, and technical feasibility.
• Own complex, cross-surface initiatives from initial diagnosis through to final delivery, ensuring end-to-end execution.
• Actively use the product to identify friction points and improve the user experience before issues reach the customer.
• Co-own key metrics including activation, engagement, retention, and expansion to focus the team on high-leverage work.
• Lead discovery processes by synthesizing qualitative feedback, product usage data, and market context into clear product direction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with significant time spent operating in high-ambiguity environments.
• Proven track record of senior individual contributor work within a product-led growth company.
• Strong product judgment with the ability to translate instincts into clear, actionable product strategies.
• Comfortable navigating technical discussions with engineers regarding tradeoffs, architecture, and implementation.
• Ability to take full ownership of projects and move with urgency without requiring extensive structure or permission.
