Senior Product Manager (Poland, Remote)

First Connect Insurance Services is a digital marketplace providing independent insurance agents access to top US carriers and the tools necessary to grow their businesses. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own our platform's operating system, including agency structures, compliance, and account management, as we scale to support larger organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Define the product strategy for our platform's core operating system and establish clear decision frameworks.
• Lead the migration to an agency-to-producer structure, designing robust roles and permissions models.
• Consolidate US insurance compliance requirements into automated, auditable lifecycle flows.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to build scalable, enterprise-ready features.
• Manage cross-team dependencies to ensure a seamless experience for agencies of all sizes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management within fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to drive large-scale migrations or re-architectures with complex dependencies.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset focused on solving user pain points.
• Experience building products under trust, compliance, or policy constraints.
• Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment and turning unowned problem spaces into roadmaps.
