Senior Product Manager, Node Infrastructure

Chainlink Labs is the industry-standard oracle platform powering the majority of decentralized finance and bringing capital markets onchain. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve the operational layer of our Node Operator network, ensuring it remains scalable, reliable, and efficient as we continue to support global financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build the infrastructure and operational standards that determine the reliability and scalability of a platform securing the majority of DeFi.
• Design the operational model and automation that allows the network to grow efficiently while reducing manual overhead.
• Ship tooling that enables internal teams and Node Operators to move faster and operate with greater confidence.
• Establish documentation and standards that the broader operator ecosystem will build on for years to come.

Requirements

• Proven end-to-end ownership of infrastructure or operational products in complex technical environments.
• Demonstrated ability to automate or systematically reduce manual operational workflows at scale.
• Ability to engage as a peer with engineers on technical infrastructure decisions and influence tooling strategy.
• Experience navigating ambiguous environments and building structured processes where none previously existed.
• Strong track record of influencing and delivering outcomes across teams without direct authority.
