Senior Product Manager, Hosto Agent (Remote Europe)

BnBerry is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Hosto Agent, an AI-powered cohost designed to automate short-term rental management. This role is central to our mission of giving hosts their time back by creating an autonomous agent that manages properties, handles guest communication, and optimizes operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Hosto Agent roadmap from initial activation to full property autonomy.
• Design conversational UX that determines how the agent interacts with hosts and guests.
• Optimize the new-host experience to ensure immediate value delivery post-signup.
• Define the agent's autonomy levels to balance trust and efficiency for users.
• Collaborate directly with an engineering pod to ship features weekly and iterate based on user feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 2 years owning a 0-to-1 product.
• Proven experience shipping LLM-powered features in production environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to model funnels and retention metrics.
• Deep understanding of agentic UX and practical experience with current AI tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English, as you will be crafting product copy for US-based hosts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment where roadmaps evolve rapidly.
