Senior Product Manager for Platform Product

GR8_TECH builds high-impact B2B iGaming platforms designed to scale, powering millions of active players globally. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the tactical execution and feature delivery of our core platform streams, ensuring our technology continues to lead the market.

Key responsibilities

• Execute a clear 6–12 month stream roadmap that supports broader Turnkey platform goals.
• Analyze client business needs to uncover actual problems rather than just requested solutions.
• Collaborate daily with engineering teams to refine technical solutions and maintain high delivery velocity.
• Manage complex intake pipelines from B2C brands while maintaining focus on critical, high-impact projects.
• Track core product performance metrics to measure the real business impact of every shipped feature.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience with a history of launching complex features.
• Deep functional domain knowledge within the iGaming industry, such as Casino, Sportsbook, or CRM.
• Strong technical savviness with the ability to analyze system architecture and engineering plans.
• Proven ability to build and maintain a structured metric tree for product prioritization.
• High level of professional autonomy and excellent communication skills in fluent English.
