Senior Product Manager for Core/Storage

Virtuozzo is a global leader in infrastructure system software, providing optimized operating systems, orchestration, and management solutions for service providers and enterprises. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategic direction of our core platform, focusing on the critical intersection of compute, virtualization, and software-defined storage.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy across cloud infrastructure, virtualization, and storage components.
• Engage deeply with engineering teams on system architecture, design reviews, and technical specifications.
• Drive product innovation in performance engineering, scalability, and infrastructure optimization.
• Collaborate with hardware vendors to deliver integrated, performance-optimized solutions.
• Align product roadmaps across virtualization, cloud management platforms, and infrastructure tooling.

Requirements

• Deep technical expertise in virtualization, storage systems, or networking within distributed environments.
• Proven experience writing detailed Product Requirements Documents with high technical content.
• Ability to lead technical design discussions and participate effectively in RFC processes.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience working alongside QA, DevOps, and SRE teams.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical product management or hands-on system-level development.
