Senior Product Manager Claims

TechBiz Global is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join a client team, focusing on the development and optimization of claims processing systems. This role is ideal for a professional looking to drive innovation within the InsurTech sector by leveraging advanced technology to streamline complex workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a clear vision and prioritized roadmap for the Claims area, managing the product lifecycle from First Notice of Loss through to final payout.
• Shape the automation of claims processes, including rule-based and AI-supported assessment, straight-through processing, and efficient settlement workflows.
• Drive structured discovery processes and write precise requirements to ensure high-quality, rapid delivery in collaboration with Engineering and QA teams.
• Actively integrate AI into daily operations to enhance productivity, utilizing structured prompts for prototyping and data-driven specifications.
• Communicate priorities to leadership and customers while measuring feature success through data-driven insights and user feedback.

Requirements

• Over 7 years of product management experience within B2B SaaS, InsurTech, or FinTech environments, with specific knowledge of insurance core systems.
• Strong operational drive and a focus on outcomes, demonstrating the ability to take ownership of initiatives from inception to implementation.
• Proven AI fluency, with clear examples of how AI tools have measurably improved work efficiency and data analysis.
• Solid knowledge of agile frameworks and requirements engineering, alongside proficiency in tools such as Jira, Figma, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills and business-fluent proficiency in both German and English to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
