Senior Product Manager, Benefits

Remote is a global organization dedicated to simplifying international employment compliance. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Benefits infrastructure, helping us build a provider-agnostic, payroll-correct, and compliance-monitored layer that supports businesses worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the roadmap for connecting to carriers, third-party administrators, and customer HR systems.
• Lead the transition from fragmented, product-specific benefits tooling to a unified administration platform.
• Manage complex, cross-functional integration delivery, including cost ingestion and retirement plan administration.
• Own data integrity across partner integrations, serving as the escalation point for benefit-cost incidents.
• Manage the full lifecycle of benefits partners, from sourcing and evaluation to performance monitoring.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a product manager owning complex third-party API and file-based integrations.
• A provider-agnostic mindset with the ability to anticipate future customer needs.
• Proficiency in Cursor or Claude Code to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional code.
• Strong technical fluency to reason about sync, reconciliation logic, and system architecture.
• Excellent asynchronous written communication skills to drive alignment across global teams.
