(Senior) Product Manager - Freelance

Netguru is a trusted partner in digital commerce, helping leading brands modernize B2B solutions, marketplaces, and retail ecosystems. We are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a freelance basis to help build and scale impactful digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business and user needs.
• Own the development of core mobile functionalities, native components, and reusable app standards.
• Collaborate closely with business, UX, and engineering teams to build and scale the platform's capabilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager working with mobile applications or digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of both business and technical aspects of product development.
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and setting clear priorities.
• Familiarity with mobile app architecture, core features, and native components.
• Proficiency in both Polish and English at a C1 level.
