Senior Product Manager - AI-First Developer Experience

Relativity is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our AI-first developer experience strategy. You will define how developers build, test, and ship software by embedding AI into the end-to-end lifecycle, driving our cloud transformation and enhancing developer productivity across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Craft and execute a product strategy for an AI-first developer experience, aligning stakeholders on a cohesive roadmap.
• Oversee the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and self-service pathways to increase developer velocity.
• Lead with a data-driven approach, utilizing qualitative and quantitative insights to identify strategic opportunities.
• Mentor and coach junior product managers, fostering a culture of continuous discovery and tactical execution.
• Manage portfolio operations, including defining success metrics like developer productivity, quality, and AI feature adoption.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management building custom software.
• 1+ years of experience managing and coaching direct reports.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi) and CI/CD patterns.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product outcomes for diverse audiences.
