Senior Product Functional Analyst (Warsaw, PL, 00-839)

Vistra is a global leader in corporate services currently undergoing an ambitious transformation program. We are seeking a Senior Product Functional Analyst to join our Business Applications team and play a key role in the stability and continuous improvement of our Enate workflow management platform.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the global design of delivery models and workflow processes.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand business needs and translate them into functional system requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and platform engineers, to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for business requirements, solution designs, and implementation plans.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in workflow management and business analysis.
• Fluent English skills with the ability to communicate complex processes clearly.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships across global teams.
