Senior Product Functional Analyst (PL)

Vistra is a global leader in corporate services currently undergoing an ambitious transformation program. We are looking for a Senior Product Functional Analyst to join our Business Applications team and help drive operational efficiency through the Enate workflow management platform.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions to understand business processes and translate needs into system requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement tailored solutions.
• Lead workshops to discuss system standardizations and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive business requirements, solution designs, and implementation documentation.
• Manage multiple workstreams and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5+ years of relevant workflow and business analysis experience.
• Fluent English skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines in a global environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex processes into clear functional specifications.
