Senior Product Engineer

As a Senior Product Engineer, you will own outcomes, understand business needs deeply, and leverage AI-assisted development to build scalable solutions that drive our revenue-generating operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the automation platform supporting our Google Ads and Paid Traffic operations.
• Partner with Technical Product Managers and business stakeholders to translate complex needs into scalable software.
• Design, deliver, and operate production-grade applications using modern AI-assisted development tools.
• Continuously improve business workflows by automating repetitive processes and reducing operational complexity.
• Make critical technical decisions regarding architecture, software quality, testing, and long-term maintainability.

Requirements

• Strong product thinking and ownership, with experience taking software from concept through production.
• AI-native development mindset, integrating AI into your workflow while applying sound engineering judgment.
• Solid backend engineering experience and strong fundamentals in system design, CI/CD, and cloud-native applications.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders.
• Natural curiosity and a desire to help define the future of next-generation engineering.
