Senior Product Designer (Wallets) - 100% Remote Worldwide

Tether Operations Limited is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team and shape the future of digital finance. You will own the design execution for our wallet products, working closely with the Design Lead to create intuitive experiences that empower millions of users to manage their digital assets securely and globally.

Key responsibilities

• Own design execution end to end, from initial concept and prototyping to final launch and iteration.
• Transform complex, conceptual ideas into simple, user-friendly experiences for both new and experienced users.
• Prototype rapidly using high-fidelity, interactive tools to accelerate the design and ideation process.
• Collaborate daily with product, engineering, and research teams while presenting your work clearly to leadership.
• Contribute to strategic product decisions and maintain a high bar for quality across all shipped features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, specifically with live products in the wallet, crypto, or fintech sectors.
• Mastery of visual design, interaction design, and modern prototyping tools like Figma.
• Strong understanding of crypto networks, transaction fees, and self-custody mechanics.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts in plain language and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a focus on rapid, weekly shipping cycles.
