Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)

VolleyStation is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team and help shape the future of our web, desktop, and mobile applications. You will play a key role in defining our visual language and ensuring that our products provide a seamless and intuitive experience for our users.

Key responsibilities

• Turning requirements and needs into polished interfaces for web, desktop, and mobile applications
• Creating interactive prototypes to validate design decisions
• Ensuring faithful implementation of designs alongside the frontend team
• Setting design directions and proactively initiating redesigns for struggling modules
• Maintaining full visual consistency across the brand and scaling UX/UI standards

Requirements

• At least 5 years of commercial experience in Web, Desktop, and Mobile applications with successfully commercialized projects
• Deep knowledge of current UX/UI trends and ability to spot outdated designs
• Fluent in Figma and Design Systems, with experience expanding and scaling UX/UI standards
• Ability to set directions, understand business goals, and soundly justify design decisions
• Strong autonomy and full ownership of work
• Fluent English for working in an international environment
