Senior Product Designer

Fluxon is a global, remote-first team of experienced builders founded by ex-Googlers and startup veterans. We partner with ambitious companies to navigate complex technology decisions and build high-quality products, and we are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with founders and product leads to translate business goals into exceptional user experiences.
• Lead the end-to-end design process, from initial discovery and research to production-ready execution.
• Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives to make informed design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Maintain a strong point of view on design craft and process while staying current with emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading product design from strategy through to final execution.
• Strong UX foundations, including research, interaction design, user testing, and accessibility.
• High-level visual craft in layout, typography, and motion, with a focus on polished, production-ready work.
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting directly to clients and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work in startup environments, building from zero without established design systems.
• Experience collaborating with US-based clients and cross-functional teams.
