Senior Product Designer

Partyhat is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead high-impact design initiatives for complex, consumer-facing digital experiences. Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design processes from initial discovery and concept development through to final UI execution.
• Translate complex user and business requirements into simple, elegant, and scalable product experiences.
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to influence priorities and drive high-quality outcomes.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes with a focus on usability and visual consistency.
• Contribute to and evolve shared design systems to improve speed and quality across the product.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design with a proven track record of delivering high-quality digital products.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end thinking across UX, UI, and interaction design.
• Ability to design for scale, consistency, and reuse within complex product environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and mentor other designers.
• Proactive, self-directed approach with a high level of ownership and sound product judgment.
