Senior Product Designer

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join a dynamic team focused on building intuitive and engaging B2B SaaS solutions. In this fully remote role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end design process, shaping the future of customer and partner referral programs while ensuring a seamless experience across all digital touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design initiatives, guiding projects from initial problem definition and exploration through to final launch.
• Identify usability challenges and deliver both significant redesigns and incremental enhancements to improve user satisfaction.
• Develop low- and high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and visual explorations to validate design decisions.
• Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistency across product interfaces and brand experiences.
• Influence product strategy by integrating user-centered design thinking into cross-functional discussions.

Requirements

• At least five years of professional product design experience, ideally within the SaaS or complex digital product space.
• Strong expertise in visual and interaction design, with a proven ability to translate complex requirements into clear interfaces.
• Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping tools, with a proactive approach to exploring new design workflows.
• Demonstrated systems thinking skills and the ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, distributed team environment.
