Senior Product Designer

CoinsPaid is a leading fintech company building robust blockchain payment infrastructure for the global economy. We are currently seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Back Office team and help create intuitive, efficient, and scalable solutions for our internal users.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive and efficient user experiences for back-office products and internal tools.
• Translate business and user requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, business stakeholders, developers, and other designers.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify opportunities to simplify complex workflows.
• Maintain design consistency by contributing to and following our established design system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with at least two years in fintech, payments, banking, or complex B2B SaaS.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating real case studies, design decisions, and measurable outcomes.
• Expertise in designing dense interfaces, including tables, filters, and complex permission systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including variables, components, and clean handoff practices.
• Fintech literacy with an understanding of KYC, AML, compliance, and security requirements.
