Senior Product Designer

Jobgether is seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join a dynamic team focused on shaping high-quality SaaS experiences. This role offers the opportunity to lead design initiatives from early discovery through to final launch, working closely with product and engineering teams to deliver intuitive and impactful solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with product and engineering teams to take roadmap initiatives from problem definition through design and delivery.
• Identify and implement improvements across existing product areas, including major redesigns and usability enhancements.
• Create low- and high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and concepts to communicate ideas and validate design approaches.
• Contribute to and evolve design systems spanning product interfaces, marketing materials, and brand experiences.
• Design and refine embedded interfaces to ensure they feel intuitive, trustworthy, and native within third-party products.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product design experience working on SaaS software.
• A portfolio showcasing strong visual design, product design, interaction design, and systems design capabilities.
• Experience designing reusable components and patterns within established design systems.
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, with curiosity about experimenting with new design technologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including experience working asynchronously.
