Senior Product Designer

eMoney Advisor is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team and lead the creation of innovative solutions for our core product line. In this role, you will act as a key influencer, bridging the gap between Product Management and Technology teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, user-centered experiences from initial concept to final implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for new features and enhancements, from initial ideation to final implementation.
• Conduct user research and synthesize insights to inform design decisions and develop effective, user-centered solutions.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, workflows, and visual designs that align with our established design system.
• Collaborate closely with agile development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
• Advocate for design thinking and user-centered principles across the organization to improve product satisfaction.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in product design or related roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in solving complex design problems and delivering impactful, scalable solutions.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, and other modern design tools.
• Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and design systems.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders and humanize complex concepts.
