Senior Product Designer

Tiugo Technologies is a launchpad for developer platforms, including the widely used TinyMCE rich text editor. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our fully remote team and shape the future of our products, impacting millions of developers and end-users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own cross-functional design initiatives from discovery to delivery, partnering with product management to shape requirements.
• Validate design directions through prototyping, critique, and stakeholder feedback.
• Drive alignment and tradeoff decisions with product, engineering, and design peers.
• Continuously improve interaction patterns, accessibility, and consistency across the editor.
• Maintain and evolve the TinyMCE design system, from design source through its implementation in code.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience working with software development teams.
• Strong interaction design and information architecture skills for complex, constraint-heavy flows.
• Deep familiarity with accessibility standards, especially keyboard and focus behavior.
• Strong understanding of modern web capabilities and constraints to drive designs from idea to release.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with at least four hours of overlap with the CET timezone.
