Senior Product Designer

Tiugo Technologies is a global leader in developer platforms, home to widely used tools like TinyMCE. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team and shape the future of our content creation software, impacting millions of users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own cross-functional design initiatives from discovery to delivery, partnering with product management to frame problems and shape design requirements.
• Validate design directions through prototyping, critique, and stakeholder feedback.
• Drive alignment and tradeoff decisions with product, engineering, and design peers.
• Maintain and evolve the TinyMCE design system, from design source through its implementation in code.
• Proactively identify experience gaps through customer feedback and research into industry trends and competitors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience working with software development teams.
• Strong interaction design and information architecture skills for complex, constraint-heavy flows.
• Deep familiarity with accessibility standards and their impact on design decisions.
• Strong understanding of modern web capabilities and the ability to grasp complex technical concepts.
• Experience facilitating critiques, workshops, and stakeholder alignment.
