Senior Product Designer — Growth & Activation | Credit & Cards, Europe (Remote)

Finom is a rapidly growing European fintech startup on a mission to revolutionize financial management for entrepreneurs. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team and help shape the future of our all-in-one B2B platform, focusing on either Growth & Activation or Credit & Cards.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process, from initial problem framing and user research to delivering polished, high-quality UI.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Analysts to define outcomes and scope complex features.
• Design and optimize user flows, including acquisition, onboarding, and activation, or credit and card issuance experiences.
• Utilize product data, A/B testing, and customer feedback to guide design decisions and improve conversion rates.
• Contribute to our design system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and high craft across the entire platform.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in product design, with a focus on complex, multi-step user flows.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered thinking and high-level interaction and visual design skills.
• Proven ability to design for platforms with multiple states, permissions, and technical dependencies.
• Experience using research, data, and business context to effectively communicate and defend design decisions.
• Fluency in professional English and a collaborative mindset for working in cross-functional squads.
