Senior Product Designer (Full-Stack)

Defuse Labs is building the universal transaction layer for the AI economy, focusing on near.com to create a permissionless financial account that simplifies complex cross-chain interactions. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our globally distributed team and help shape the future of intent-based financial infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process for near.com, from initial discovery and product definition to final delivery.
• Transform complex financial and cross-chain functionality into intuitive, trustworthy user experiences for web and mobile.
• Design user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Develop and evolve a scalable design system to ensure a consistent experience across all product touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams to define problems and bring innovative features to market.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing and shipping complex digital products, particularly in fintech, crypto, or consumer finance.
• A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product ownership and high-quality interaction and visual design.
• Proven ability to simplify technical concepts into accessible user interfaces.
• High proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and maintaining design systems.
• Strong product judgment and familiarity with blockchain products, wallets, or DeFi applications.
