Senior Product Designer — Credit & Cards, Europe (Remote)

Finom is a rapidly growing European fintech startup on a mission to revolutionize financial management for entrepreneurs. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Credit & Cards team and help us build seamless, user-centric financial solutions that simplify complex banking and accounting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process for the Credit & Cards domain, from initial problem framing and research to final UI implementation.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Analysts to define project outcomes and scope work effectively.
• Design intuitive credit application, card issuance, and repayment flows that build trust and clarity for our users.
• Translate complex compliance and risk requirements into usable, transparent, and honest user experiences.
• Contribute to our design system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and high-quality craft across the entire platform.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in product design, with a proven track record of managing complex, multi-step user flows.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered thinking and high-level interaction and visual design skills.
• Hands-on experience designing for native mobile applications (iOS/Android) with a deep understanding of mobile-specific constraints.
• Ability to use research, product data, and business context to effectively defend design decisions.
• Professional fluency in English and experience working in cross-functional squads.
