Senior Product Designer - Mobile - 100% Remote - EMEA

Hostaway is an industry-leading, AI-powered vacation rental management platform trusted by over 20,000 property managers worldwide. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to take end-to-end ownership of our mobile experience, ensuring our B2B and B2C users have a seamless, intuitive, and high-performing tool to manage their business on the move.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end mobile design lifecycle for iOS and Android, from strategic discovery to native UI delivery.
• Utilize AI-augmented design processes to accelerate research, prototyping, and validation while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Translate user insights and business data into mobile-first features that drive adoption, retention, and growth.
• Evolve our mobile design system, focusing on accessibility, platform-specific patterns, and overall craft.
• Shape the mobile product strategy by identifying opportunities and defining high-impact design roadmaps.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing complex digital products, specifically SaaS, with a portfolio featuring shipped native mobile work.
• Deep expertise in mobile UX/UI, information architecture, and interaction design, with a focus on platform-specific patterns.
• Proven fluency in using AI tools throughout the design thinking process, paired with strong senior-level judgment.
• Expert-level proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods to deeply understand client needs.
• Strong track record of collaborating effectively with product and engineering teams to drive outcomes.
