Senior Product Analyst (TeamCity)

JetBrains is looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join the TeamCity product team. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a data-informed culture, helping the team leverage usage data to refine our CI/CD platform and meet the evolving needs of AI-native development.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to support data-driven decision-making.
• Design and maintain the product metrics framework and build insightful dashboards using BI tools.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to validate product hypotheses and evaluate the impact of new feature releases.
• Establish best practices for event logging, data quality, and consistency across the product.
• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines and data models to ensure comprehensive analytics coverage.

Requirements

• Expertise in statistics and data analysis with a strong foundation in sampling techniques.
• Extensive experience working with SQL and Python for data processing and querying.
• At least two years of professional experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to operate independently and shape data workflows.
