Senior Product Analyst (Laboratory Systems)

Experis Manpower Group is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to support and enhance laboratory instrument data acquisition software. This role is essential for scientists working in both GxP and non-GxP environments, focusing on business analysis, system operation, and regulatory compliance to ensure the continuous improvement of critical laboratory systems.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and Quality Management teams to ensure project alignment.
• Elicit and document complex use cases, instrument workflows, user access roles, and data integration requirements.
• Manage onboarding activities, including execution planning, training schedules, and post-implementation support.
• Review vendor release documentation and conduct impact assessments on existing business workflows and system configurations.
• Maintain Digital SDLC documentation and ensure all design decisions and configuration rationales are audit-ready.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting lab-based instrument data acquisition software within pharmaceutical R&D.
• Strong understanding of GxP and regulatory considerations, including audit trails and validated processes.
• Proven experience in running intake sessions, gathering requirements, and developing system configuration specifications.
• Ability to develop User Acceptance Testing test cases and guide testers through the UAT process.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical configurations to diverse audiences.
