Senior Producer (Automotive)

INDG is a leader in high-fidelity digital product experiences, specializing in creating production-grade CG assets and interactive content for the global automotive industry. As a Senior Producer, you will lead complex digital productions, bridging the gap between creative ambition and technical execution to deliver scalable, high-quality visual systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end automotive projects, including CG imagery, 3D/2D animation, configurators, and AR/VR experiences.
• Define project scopes, budgets, and delivery plans while identifying dependencies across CAD data, rendering capacity, and localization.
• Translate creative requirements into executable production pipelines by collaborating with CG supervisors, developers, and artists.
• Lead client relationships and stakeholder communications, ensuring clarity on project status, quality standards, and commercial realities.
• Improve internal production workflows, documentation, and feedback loops to ensure consistent, high-quality output at scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital production, CG, VFX, or interactive software delivery environments.
• Solid understanding of CGI production pipelines, from initial asset creation through rendering, QA, and final delivery.
• Proven experience managing complex projects for international brands with distributed teams and external vendors.
• Strong commercial awareness, including expertise in budget control, resource planning, and risk management.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to bridge technical, creative, and business discussions.
