Senior Power Platform Engineer

SNI is a trusted IT outsourcing partner delivering high-quality digital solutions for prestigious global firms. We are currently looking for a Senior Power Platform Engineer to join our team and help design, build, and maintain scalable business applications.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deliver robust solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
• Maintain and optimize enterprise Copilot Studio solutions and conversational AI agents.
• Lead integration efforts between Power Platform, Dataverse, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem such as Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and Azure.
• Manage application support cases, perform root-cause analysis, and uphold ITIL frameworks to ensure system stability.
• Monitor emerging Microsoft features and industry best practices to identify opportunities for solution modernization.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of hands-on software development experience with the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proven experience in Copilot Studio agent design and development.
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Teams, and Dataverse architecture.
• Mastery of security configurations, including RBAC, DLP policies, and secure authentication.
• Practical experience with REST APIs, Custom Connectors, and relational data modeling.
• Excellent English communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
