Senior Power Platform & Automation Engineer

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Power Platform & Automation Engineer to join our team delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives. You will play a key role in streamlining processes and building scalable business solutions using Microsoft technologies within a dynamic, remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Power Platform environments, ensuring robust security, governance, and performance.
• Design and develop advanced solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Administer connectors, integrations, and data flows while maintaining high platform standards.
• Support Azure DevOps processes, deployment pipelines, Git repositories, and Infrastructure as Code using YAML, Terraform, and Bicep.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to drive platform adoption and deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps and deployment automation practices.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Fluency in English and experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic projects with evolving technical requirements.
