Senior Power BI Developer

Experis Manpower Group is seeking a skilled Senior Power BI Developer to join a dynamic team supporting data-driven solutions within clinical operations. You will play a key role in transforming complex business and technical requirements into clear, interactive dashboards that empower stakeholders to make informed, data-backed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business and technical requirements into functional and insightful Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Design and develop intuitive, visually compelling dashboards to communicate complex data effectively.
• Collaborate closely with data engineers and development teams on integrated data projects within clinical operations.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure strict adherence to best practices in data modelling and reporting.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Power BI, including advanced DAX and sophisticated data visualization techniques.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to write, debug, and optimize complex queries.
• Proven experience using Snowflake Power BI connections.
• Experience working with Jira for project tracking and effective team collaboration.
• Proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of PowerApps and PowerAutomate is considered a strong advantage.
