Senior Power BI Developer

Link Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Power BI Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building executive-ready dashboards and interactive reports that address complex business needs while ensuring robust data architecture and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build executive-ready dashboards and interactive reports from scratch to address complex business needs.
• Architect, optimize, and maintain robust data models, including star schemas and relationships.
• Develop measures, KPIs, and complex logic using DAX and execute data transformations in Power Query.
• Manage Power BI workspaces, publish reports, configure permissions, and monitor capacity performance.
• Maintain and troubleshoot data integration workflows within Azure Data Factory and validate source data using SQL.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop and Service, including advanced DAX calculations and Power Query.
• Deep background in data modeling, handling large datasets, and report performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI Service administration, workspace management, and role permissions.
• Ability to monitor, maintain, and debug existing ETL pipelines within Azure Data Factory.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, source validation, and analysis.
• Strong ability to translate complex stakeholder requirements into actionable, high-impact reporting solutions.
