Senior Platform Engineer

XM is looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join a team dedicated to pushing cloud services to their limits using cutting-edge technologies. Key responsibilities

• Drive the adoption of best patterns and structures for development and operations.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Monitor and enhance CI/CD processes to increase speed, safety, and reliability.
• Develop and maintain GitLab CI pipeline libraries while supporting development teams.
• Provide senior-level guidance for Windows, Linux, and Kubernetes hosting environments.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in AWS, release pipeline management, and system administration.
• Strong expertise in Linux administration and enterprise-level Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible) and scripting (Bash/Python/PowerShell).
• Commitment to continuous improvement, observability, and modern deployment strategies.
• Experience with tools such as Istio, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Kafka.
