Senior Platform Engineer

Acaisoft is looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join a fast-growing software house working on an AI-driven Intelligent Observability Platform. You will play a critical role in solving complex multi-region automation challenges, focusing on streamlining infrastructure provisioning and managing large-scale systems to ensure seamless global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced automation workflows to facilitate full-region spin-ups and deployment cells.
• Manage and optimize large-scale Apache Kafka clusters running on Kubernetes.
• Maintain and scale infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments using EKS, RDS, and proprietary storage systems.
• Simplify complex YAML configurations, pipelines, and deployment templates into scalable platform tooling.
• Drive reliability, observability, and infrastructure-as-code standards across global regions.

Requirements

• Proven experience building high-level automation workflows beyond basic Terraform scripts.
• Deep hands-on experience operating Apache Kafka on Kubernetes at scale.
• Strong expertise in AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), Helm, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Experience with cell-based architectures, multi-region deployments, and pipeline orchestration.
• Openness to occasional pre-scheduled evening calls to sync with US-based stakeholders.
