Senior Platform Engineer (AWS/GCP) B2B

Reply Polska Sp. z o. o. is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to join OBI Smart Technology Poland. You will play a pivotal role in evolving workflow automation and agentic engineering capabilities, acting as a technical bridge to our core cloud platforms while integrating AI-driven enhancements to deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the architecture and structured integration of agentic capabilities into products and workflows.
• Design and implement scalable workflow orchestration solutions using BPMN-based platforms and modern automation tooling.
• Enable cloud-native platform adoption by working hands-on with container orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
• Establish governance and operational excellence standards, including observability, cost awareness, and secure deployment practices.
• Act as a platform ambassador by coaching teams on automation best practices, infrastructure as code, and production-ready engineering.

Requirements

• Completed university degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Strong software engineering background with practical proficiency in Python or TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of modern API design principles and microservices architectures.
• Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration, automation platforms, and cloud engineering.
• Fluent communication skills in English and Polish.
