Senior Platform Architect (ServiceNow)

INFOPLUS TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a Senior Platform Architect to join our team and lead complex ServiceNow implementations. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor, guiding customers through digital transformation journeys by leveraging your deep expertise in the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive stakeholders, platform owners, and enterprise architects to structure and implement ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide architectural advisory across multiple workflows including ITSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM, and CMDB.
• Translate complex business goals into actionable roadmaps and architectural blueprints.
• Manage technical governance and delivery operating models to ensure long-term instance health.
• Support sales efforts by scoping engagements and estimating project requirements.

Requirements

• Over 8 years of progressive experience in professional services or a related field.
• Proven management consulting experience with a focus on enterprise architecture.
• Deep technical knowledge of ServiceNow instance strategy, integrations, and enterprise patterns.
• Ability to lead large-scale programs independently within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making frameworks.
