Senior Platform & Pipeline Engineer

Spyrosoft is looking for a Senior Platform & Pipeline Engineer to join our core engineering team. You will play a pivotal role in building a cloud-agnostic infrastructure and CI/CD platform, focusing on standardizing Infrastructure-as-Code and enabling consistent deployments across Azure and on-prem environments.

Key responsibilities

• Migrate existing Azure DevOps pipelines to GitLab CI/CD.
• Rewrite and optimize existing IaC templates to OpenTofu.
• Design and build reusable IaC modules for enterprise-scale operations.
• Deploy and maintain self-hosted GitLab infrastructure.
• Automate provisioning processes across diverse environments.
• Collaborate closely with Kubernetes and architecture teams to ensure system reliability.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of professional experience in Platform Engineering or DevOps roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise with OpenTofu or Terraform.
• Deep experience in designing and operating GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven track record of migrating Azure DevOps environments to GitLab.
• Solid background in Linux, networking, security, and Kubernetes fundamentals.
• An automation-first mindset with a focus on scalable infrastructure management.
