Senior PK Analyst

Parexel is a global leader in clinical development, dedicated to improving world health through innovative solutions. We are currently seeking a Senior PK Analyst to join our Clinical Pharmacology, Modelling & Simulation (CPMS) team, where you will act as a subject matter expert providing technical support and expert advice to internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Derive Pharmacokinetic (PK) and Pharmacodynamic (PD) parameters for clinical development projects.
• Program and validate NONMEM datasets, PK/PD derived datasets, tables, listings, figures, and statistical appendices.
• Execute project activities according to established SOPs and timelines while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Apply good programming practices in accordance with ICH and GCP standards.
• Mentor and train other analysts while providing programming assistance and query resolution.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Expert knowledge of R (preferred) or SAS (SAS/BASE, SAS/STAT, and SAS/GRAPH).
• Proven experience with Phoenix WinNonlin or equivalent software.
• Strong understanding of pharmacokinetic data and regulatory industry technical standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in a programming, statistics, or mathematics discipline.
