Senior PHP Engineer

Yopeso is a software development company with 20 years of experience, dedicated to building high-quality, high-performance, and secure software solutions. We are currently looking for a Senior PHP Backend Engineer to join our engineering team and play a key role in developing and supporting our client platform in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend features using PHP and our in-house framework built with modern Symfony libraries.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust APIs and complex system integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and integration issues within the backend stack.
• Work extensively with AWS and MySQL to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Utilize AI tools as part of your daily engineering workflow to enhance productivity.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience in PHP backend development.
• Proven experience with Symfony or modern Symfony libraries.
• Solid knowledge of MySQL and experience working with AWS cloud services.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
• Openness to learning new technologies and comfort using AI tools in software development.
